Inventory Coordinator
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the company products and services are safe, high-quality, and meet industry standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, attention to detail, and an understanding of industry standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality control policies: Create and implement quality control policies and procedures
- Product quality: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of defects
- Production processes: Oversee assembly processes to ensure they are efficient and follow legal and environmental regulations
- Quality control staff: Train, and supervise quality control staff
- Communication: Communicate product standards and specifications to production teams
- Quality audits: Conduct quality audits to ensure quality policies are being followed
- Quality documentation: Review quality documentation for regulatory submissions and inspections
- Quality reports: Produce reports on product quality, nonconformance, and quality trends
- Process improvement: Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Stakeholder meetings: Meet with other department managers, inspectors, auditors, clients, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Experience in business administration
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards
- Strong knowledge of math, data analysis, and statistical methods
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
