Coltin got his start in the Oil & Gas industry in 2010 as a welder repairing and building equipment for Bakken oil field. In 2018, he took a shop foreman position at a sand management company and quickly moved into a dispatch/asset management role. Coltin is now the Operations Coordinator at SandPro. With SandPro he dispatches jobs and tracks equipment throughout the oil fields of the US.
