Job Title: Executive Assistant (to CEO)
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of SandPro, LLC. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and a proactive approach to supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing daily tasks, schedules, and correspondence.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel to assist with reporting, data analysis, and creating organized spreadsheets.
- Ensure a high level of organization and efficiency in the CEO’s workflow, managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain strong communication with various departments, coordinating information flow and ensuring the CEO stays informed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other necessary documents.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Be proactive in anticipating the needs of the CEO and offering solutions to improve workflow.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various teams and external stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position based in Berthold, ND. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, in an office setting. Travel may be required occasionally in correspondence with work and have the potential to extend past normal working hours.
