Bryan began his career in well testing in 2010 as an entry-level operator, progressively advancing through various field positions before transitioning into leadership roles. Between 2018 and 2023, he occupied positions in both field management and operations management, subsequently shifting to corporate sales and account management. Early in his sales tenure, Bryan recognized the industry’s shift towards automation and technology, driven by evolving regulatory requirements and the need to sustain operations amid fluctuating commodity cycles. Consequently, in 2024, he transitioned to SandPro as the Automation Business Development Manager.
