Heather Allard-Kotaska

Heather joined SandPro as the HR Manager in September 2022.  She will bring a professional attitude and great energy to this company.  Heather was in banking for 13 years and 3 years as an insurance agent who specializes in employee benefits.  She strives on great customer service.  Her past employment will help her in several areas as the new HR Manager.  In 2012 she graduated in the Community Leadership Institute with the Chamber of Commerce in Minot.  Heather was born and raised in ND.  In her spare time, you will find her at her kids sporting events or playing sports for herself.  She also loves to help on the family ranch in Epping, ND.
