Joshua began his career in the Oil & Gas industry in 2009, after his time in the US Air Force. He quickly moved into management roles with one of the largest operators in the Bakken. Throughout those years, he held leadership positions from drilling to production. In January 2019, Joshua and his partners decided to make their own legacy in the Bakken, and SandPro was born.
