Since joining SandPro LLC in January 2025 as Quality Manager, he has a focused role in advancing the company’s commitment to quality and operational excellence.
Prior to SandPro, Tim held executive leadership positions with prominent oilfield service companies, where he led initiatives in health and human resources, safety compliance, and quality assurance across North American operations. His hands-on approach, technical expertise, and dedication to continuous improvement are hallmarks of his leadership style and professional ethos.
