Job Description:

• Collect and enter data from flowback operations to optimize production and identify potential problems.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certifications related to oil and gas operations is preferred.
• Previous experience in flowback operations or a related field such as oilfield services, production operations, or well testing.
• Familiarity with oilfield equipment and processes, including flowback separators, tanks, and wellhead equipment.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and withstand exposure to harsh weather conditions and physical demands of the job.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Fully understand Microsoft Excel confidently.

Skills:

• Technical proficiency in operating flowback equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of oil and gas production processes and terminology.
• Ability to interpret well data and make adjustments as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
