The mGrease solution is designed to automatically monitor and grease valves.
Proper greasing of frac valves is critical to completion operations. The mGrease
solution provides optimal greasing resulting in increased reliability and safety by reducing red zone exposure.

DESCRIPTION
The mGrease solution is designed for unmanned greasing and monitoring of frac
valves during completion operations.
The solution includes a flow meter to quantify the amount of grease pumped per
valve/stage. This allows the operator overall analysis of greasing operations includ
–
ing valves cycled, number of cycles and amount pumped.
The mGrease is scalable from 20 to 80 ports from a single control panel.
The mGrease is also compatible with the mWatch solution to visually confirm valve open/close status and pressure verification. Status and verifications viewable via built-in display or through remote telemetry.
