uses RFID and NFC tags attached to each customer asset so that every item has a unique, scannable identity throughout its life cycle. Customers can see all tagged assets in one place, including their status, documentation, and location, from a web portal or mobile device at any time.
Full Asset List and Status View
The solution maintains a complete, always-up-to-date list of all tagged customer assets in your care. Each asset shows a clear status. This allows customers to instantly understand what is available, what is in use, and what is in work.
Support for Procurement Teams
Customer procurement and planning teams can log in 24/7 to review all held assets without emailing or calling for updates. With status and counts available on demand, they can quickly plan upcoming jobs, forecast needs, and make informed purchase or rental decisions based on what SandPro currently has received, stored, staged, or deployed.
Support for Field Operations
For field personnel, each tagged asset can be scanned with an NFC-capable phone to pull up its record in seconds. From that record, the customer rep can view pressure test charts and certifications, confirm that the asset complies, and verify that the correct piece of equipment is on location
before it is put into service.
Technical Documents and Geolocation
Through the same platform, users can securely access related technical content, including schematics, MTRs, operating manuals, and other support documents attached to each asset record. When enabled, the system can also show the last known or reported location of an asset on a map, helping teams quickly geolocate critical equipment, reduce search time, and coordinate deployments more efficiently.
