Mercileidy Jimenez is a Petroleum Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, driven by a continuous learning mindset and a strong technical foundation. Her career began with hands-on exposure to production operations, alternate steam injection, and well performance analysis, later expanding into drilling operations, geology with mudlogging services and subsurface data analysis, allowing her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the operational lifecycle.

Throughout her professional journey, she has held key roles in MWD/LWD and Directional Drilling, working with leading service companies such as Halliburton, Weatherford & SLB in the production side with ESP’s. Now she is incredibly happy and grateful for being part of SandPro LLC team. Her expertise includes measurement and logging while drilling, geosteering, real-time drilling parameter monitoring, data acquisition and quality control, log interpretation, and the delivery of critical information to support decision-making in the field, always under strict safety and quality standards. She is recognized for her analytical mindset, technical discipline, and ability to perform effectively in demanding environments.

Beyond her technical background, Mercileidy is deeply motivated by the human side of professional growth.
