Brandon Schatz

Background

I began my career in 2011 in Pressure Control as a shop technician, where I developed a strong foundation in pressure control equipment, shop operations, safety, and the service side of the oilfield industry. I later transitioned into a Service Technician role, gaining valuable hands-on field experience and developing the ability to troubleshoot equipment, work safely in demanding environments, and effectively support customers and field operations.

In 2019, I transitioned into the role of Service Manager/Dispatcher, where I took on greater responsibility for coordinating daily service operations. This included scheduling and dispatching technicians, coordinating personnel and equipment, communicating with customers and field crews, prioritizing service needs, and helping ensure jobs were completed safely and efficiently. This role strengthened my leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills while giving me a broader understanding of the operational side of the business.

In November 2025, I joined Sandpro as a Field Coordinator, where I continue to build on my previous technical and management experience.
