John began his career in oil and gas in 2009 working for Fugro McClelland doing exploratory drilling in the gulf. Late 2010, he moved to Safoco as a Shop Technician. Over the 10+ years at Safoco, he moved from Shop Technician to Business Unit Leader over the controls group. He played an integral role in product development, business development and operations. John was a key part of a team that filed and was awarded multiple patents and introduced many revolutionary systems to the industry.
