Experience
Mark W. Elliott is an executive upstream oil and gas leader and engineer with extensive experience guiding technical strategy, completion design, and production operations internationally and domestically. Mark specializes in digital transformation, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and leading cross-functional global teams.
Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at SandPro, he leads the company’s technology roadmap and digital innovation initiatives. His career prior to SandPro includes high-impact executive and senior engineering roles, most recently as Workover, Well Intervention & Completions Manager for Bapco Upstream in Bahrain. Mark has also held key positions with Dubai Petroleum Establishment, Calfrac Well Services, and Occidental Petroleum, driving field developments, technology implementations, and multi-million-dollar cost reductions.
